Sundarbans- The Land of Eclectic Varieties

Sundarban is also the home to different species of birds, mammals, insects, reptiles and fishes! Over 120 species of fishes are estimated to be found in the waters of the region.

Sundarbans are the bulkiest littoral mangrove belt in the world with a stretch of 80 km (50m) into Bangladesh and Indian hinterland from the coast.
