year to visit the sundarbans are the winter months or the summer months. During
the winter season, the land is dry. The probability of seeing tigers is quite

Sundarban
is the largest mangrove forest located in the banks of Hooghly River. This
beautiful forest is the only mangrove tiger reserve in India that is located in
the extreme south, in the vicinity of Bay of Bengal. The Meghna, Ganges and the
Brahmaputra meet all together to form a tributary in the banks of Bengal. This
world heritage site was declared on 1987 by ICUN. It is also one of the
sundarban biosphere reserves that were established by the UNESCO in the year
